APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF COMPLAINANT FOR RELEASE OF CORRENCY NOTES OF RS. 66,900/- ON SUPERDARI
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
- That the applicant is complainant in the above said case who became the victim of robbery committed by the accused when he had withdrawn the amount of Rs. 66,900/- from the Bank HSBC Barakhamba Road . The accused was caught red handed at the place of the crime and the money was recovered and seized by the police of PS Connaught Place .
- That the police have completed the investigation and the money is no more required for any purpose.
It is, therefore, prayed that the above said amount may kindly be released to the applicant after keeping the photocopy of the same, on superdari in the interest of justice.
